Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLUB) 13.3% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.15, versus the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenues for the quarter were $122.9 million, versus the consensus of $123.24 million. Sees Q1 revs of $123-$125 million, versus the consensus of $123 million, and EPS of $0.02-$0.04, versus the consensus of $0.07.

Netezza Corporation (AMEX: NZ) 12.1% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.09, in-line with estimates. Revenues were $50.6 million vs. $49.70 million consensus.

Palm, Inc. (Nasdaq: PALM) 10% LOWER; said it expects to report revenues for the third quarter of fiscal year 2009 in the range of $85 million to $90 million, which is well below the consensus of $157.83 million. View the full report on the news here.

Hartford Financial (NYSE: HIG) 7% LOWER; Standard & Poor's lowered its counterparty credit rating on Hartford to 'BBB' from 'BBB+' and its counterparty credit and financial strength ratings on all of HIG's life and property/casualty operating subsidiaries to 'A' from 'A+'. MGM MIRAGE (NYSE: MGM) 6.5% LOWER; following a 14% intraday decline today, shares of MGM are continuing lower as the company has delayed the filing of its 10-K.

VeriFone Holdings Inc. (NYSE: PAY) 6% HIGHER; reports Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.17, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenues for the quarter were $214 million, versus the consensus of $220.85 million. Sees Q2 sales of $205-$215 million, versus the consensus of $224.45 million, with non-GAAP EPS of $0.14-$0.18. The Street is expecting EPS of $0.18. For FY09, sales are expected to be $830-$880 million, versus the consensus of $925.51 million, with adj-EPS of $0.60-$0.85, versus the Street estimate of $0.80.

Masimo Corporation (Nasdaq: MASI) 4.9% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.24, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenues for the quarter were $83.1 million, versus the consensus of $80.40 million. Masimo sees FY09 sales $352M to $361M versus consensus of $357.3 million. Masimo sees FY09 EPS 83c to 87c versus consensus of 81 cents.

Energy Recovery (Nasdaq: ERII) 4.8% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.10, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenues for the quarter were $22 million, versus the consensus of $21.38 million. Sees Q1 sales of $12-$13 million, versus the consensus of $12.01 million, with EPS of $0.02-$0.03, versus the Street estimate of $0.03. For FY09, sales are expected to be $60-$65 million, versus the Street estimate of $67.42 million, with EPS of $0.18-$0.22, versus the consensus of $0.23.

Jarden Corporation (NYSE: JAH) 4.6% HIGHER; provided a business overview and an update on its business segments at the Company's Analyst and Investor Day held today in New York at the New York Stock Exchange. Sees FY09 sales of about $5 billion, versus the consensus of $ billion. Free cash flow for the year is expected to be in excess of $250 million.

Greatbatch, Inc. (NYSE: GB) 2.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.50, 13 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenues for the quarter were $146.6 million, versus the consensus of $132.20 million. Sees FY09 sales of $550-$600 million, versus the Street estimate of $570 million.

Cache, Inc. (Nasdaq: CACH) 2% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.32, 6 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.26). Revenues for the quarter were $65.9 million, versus the consensus of $66.13 million. Sees Q1 loss of $0.12-$0.16, versus the consensus of a loss of $0.12.
