Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. (NASDAQ: LEND) and Lone Star Fund have amended their June 4, 2007 merger agreement to settle the pending lawsuit between the companies and reduce the price at which Lone Star agrees to acquire all of the common stock of the Company to $11.75 per share.
LEND closed at $9.78 on Tuesday.
