AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (NYSE: AHS) reports Q1 EPS of $0.11 (ex-items), 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter was $250 million, versus the consensus of $249.51 million.
"...Based on these trends, second quarter consolidated revenue is expected to decline sequentially by approximately 20%. The majority of this decline is driven by volume trends in nurse staffing resulting from the earlier drop in demand levels."
