ADTRAN (ADTN) Posts Q3 EPS of $0.50, Tops by 6c; Declares $0.09 Quarterly Dividend; 1% Yield

ADTRAN (Nasdaq: ADTN) reports Q3 EPS of $0.50, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter was $162.96 million, which compares to the estimate of $155.93 million.

The Company also announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2010. The quarterly cash dividend is $0.09 per common share, %0.36 annualized.

The dividend is to be paid to holders of record at the close of business on October 28, 2010. The ex-dividend date is October 26, 2010 and the payment date is November 11, 2010.

Yield on the dividend is 1.0%.
