Supply Constraints to Drive Industrial Metals High - Analyst

Analysts at Morgan Stanley think that stabilization in the markets will benefit industrial metals. In an e-mail report today, Hussein Allidina, an analyst at the bank, pointed out supply constraints that favor base metals such as copper, aluminum, and zinc.
If he is correct, DB Base Metals ETF (NYSE: DBB) could be set to rally. A move higher in base metals would also be a positive for companies like Alcoa, Inc. (NYSE: AA).
DBB has dropped over 12 percent in the past 3 months. Alcoa is down nearly 17 percent, but has rallied in the past 5 days and is up over 2.3 percent.
