Yadkin Valley Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: YAVY) announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share for the second quarter of 2009, unchanged from the first quarter dividend.
The dividend is payable on July 31, 2009 to shareholders of record on July 13, 2009, and represents a yield of 3.41% based on Yadkin Valley's closing price of $7.03 as of June 29, 2009. This dividend is the 86th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by the Company.
