Wells Fargo downgraded Solar Senior Capital (NASDAQ: SUNS) from Outperform to Market Perform, price target range cut from $16-17 to $14-$15.

Wells analyst says, "We rate Solar Senior Capital Ltd. (SUNS) shares market perform as we believe current fundamentals are accurately reflected in the stock price. We are comfortable that investors can hold the stock based on (1) a strong expected 2011/2012 earnings/dividend ramp, (2) opportunity to leverage its balance sheet, and (3) no legacy credit quality issues."
