Watsco, Inc. (NYSE: WSO) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 48 cents on each outstanding share of its Common stock and Class B common stock. The cash dividend is payable on July 31, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2009.
To receive the dividend, you must own the shares prior to July 13th.
