The Company currently anticipates that on July 6, 2009 it will file with the Securities and Exchange Commission and NASDAQ a Form 25 relating to the delisting of its common stock.
NCI Building Systems (NYSE: NCS) 19% HIGHER; seeing some follow-through upside today after yesterday's 22% run-up. Prior to yesterday's move higher, shares of NCI have only had 3 closes in positive territory since reporting its Q2 results on June 9.
Palm, Inc. (Nasdaq: PALM) 15.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 adj-loss of $0.40, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.62). Revenue for the quarter was $113.2 million, versus the consensus of $80.64 million.
Superconductor Technologies (Nasdaq: SCON) 15.2% HIGHER; jumping today following the disclosure, last night, of a large purchase by Kopp Investment Advisors. As part of a direct offering, Kopp boosted its stake in SCON from 13.7% to 24.8%. Of the 3.7 million share offering, Kopp purchased 3 million shares.
Gerber Scientific, Inc. (NYSE: GRB) 15.1% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0., cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter was $ million, versus the consensus of $118.70 million.
Immucor, Inc., (Nasdaq: BLUD) 14.5% LOWER; announced that yesterday the FDA, in an administrative action based on an early January 2009 inspection, issued a notice of intent to revoke the Company's biologics license with respect to its Reagent Red Blood Cells and Anti-E (Monoclonal) Blood Grouping Reagent product. Robbins & Myers (NYSE: RBN) 10.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.31, including a $0.05 benefit from finalizing earlier tax positions, versus the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter was $143.4 million, versus the consensus of $135.23 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.14-$0.24, versus the consensus of $0.26. Robbins & Myers narrowed its FY09 EPS guidance from $1.35-$1.65 to $1.41-$1.51, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.46.
Amylin (Nasdaq: AMLN) 9.6% HIGHER; spiking today as Sanofi-Aventis (NYSE: SNY) is receiving some heat for its diabetes drug, Lantus, a direct competitor to Amylin's Byetta. Analysts at both Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan downgraded the stock. According to U.K. studies, Lantus could offer an increased risk of cancer.
TIBCO Software (Nasdaq: TIBX) 9.6% HIGHER; reports Q2 non-GAAP EPS of $0.11, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter was $142.7 million, versus the consensus of $139.35 million.
Ameron (NYSE: AMN) 9.4% HIGHER; continuing higher today following yesterday's 12.7% run-up on Q2 earnings.
KB Home (NYSE: KBH) 8.7% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $(1.03) versus the analyst estimate of ($0.64) Revenue for the quarter was $384.5 million, versus the consensus of $339.13 million. In the current quarter, KB Home said cancellation rate improved to 20% from 28%.
