3D Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: TDSC) 37.5% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.17, 21 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenues for the quarter came in at $31.8 million, versus the consensus of $40.10 million.

Xerium Technologies (NYSE: XRM) 35.8% HIGHER; continues to see upside momentum after reporting strong Q1 earnings after the close on Wednesday. Shares of Xerium were up more than 20% yesterday on the earnings report.

Deltek, Inc. (Nasdaq: PROJ) 33.7% LOWER; reports Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.14, 1 cent worse than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenues for the quarter came in at $69.4 million, versus the consensus of $70.14 million. Following the earnings report, analysts at William Blair and Credit Suisse downgraded Deltek to Market Perform and Neutral, respectively.

Cosi Inc. (Nasdaq: COSI) 22.9% HIGHER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.07 (ex-items), 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenues for the quarter were $33.19 million, versus the consensus of $32.40 million.

Cheniere Energy (NYSE: LNG) 19.7% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $1.06 per share, versus the consensus of a $1.08 loss.

Cogent Communications Group (Nasdaq: CCOI) 19.6% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.21, 3 cents lower than the analyst estimate of ($0.18). Revenues for the quarter were $52.1 million, versus the consensus of $52.53 million. Sees net service revenues for FY08 of $225-$235 million, versus the consensus of $228.91 million. Raised its FY08 net loss estimate from ($0.10)-($0.20) to ($0.20)-($0.30), compared to the Street estimate of ($0.23).

Systemax (NYSE: SYX) 18.2% HIGHER; reports record Q1 results. The company EPS of $0.48, versus $0.37 last year. Revenues for the quarter rose 7.2% to $725 million.

iPass Inc. (Nasdaq: IPAS) 16.4% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.02, versus the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenues for the quarter were $48.1 million, versus the consensus of $49.10 million. Q2 breakeven to 3 cents versus 5 cents consensus. Q2 revenues $47 to $50 million versus $51.5 million. Additionally, Morgan Joseph downgraded iPass to Hold this morning.

Priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) 14.9% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.76, 16 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenues for the quarter were $403.2 million, versus the consensus of $377.17 million. Priceline.com sees FY 08 EPS $5.25 to $5.65 versus $5.12. Q2 EPS $1.25 to $1.40 versus $1.30.

True Religion Apparel Inc. (Nasdaq: TRLG) 14% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.29, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenues for the quarter were $53.4 million, versus the consensus of $46.12 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $1.52-$1.56, versus the consensus of $1.51. True Religion was also upgraded at Wedbush Morgan to Buy and had its price target raised to $29 at Brean Murray.

American Reprographics Company (NYSE: ARP) 14% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.41, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenues for the quarter were $187.4 million, versus the consensus of $183.38 million. American Repro also reaffirms its FY08 guidance: expect revenues to be in the range of $720-$760 million and EPS in the range of $ 1.52-$1.60 on a fully diluted basis." (FY08 revenue consensus is $739.89 million and EPS consensus is $1.53)
