United Online, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNTD) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.40 annualized.
The dividend is payable on November 30, 2009 to shareholders of record on November 13, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 11,2009.
Yield on the dividend is 4.9%.
