UPDATE - Barclays downgrades KLA-Tencor (Nasdaq: KLAC) from Overweight to Equalweight. PT lowered from $45 to $30.
Barclays analyst says, "In step with our reduced capex outlook for -10% in 2011, we have reduced our earnings estimate and price target for KLAC...Based on new 2011 capex assumptions, we lower our rev. and EPS ests. CY10 kept at $2.4B/ $2.98 (cons $2.4B/ $2.74) but CY11 lowered to $2.45B/ $3.00 (old $2.9B/ $4.25, cons $2.8BM/ $3.93)."
Shares are trading at the low's of the day...currently down $1.79 (-5.90%) to $28.6.
