SunPower (SPWR) Sees Almost A 20% Price Drop By Next Year

Today, SunPower Corp's (Nasdaq: SPWR) CEO Thomas Werner told Reuters, "SunPower tends to be most bearish next year -- we like to think we're paranoid -- so we think of a 10-20 percent price decrease."

SunPower is one of the leading makers of photovoltaic solar panels and SunPower expects its sales prices to drop between 10% to 20%.

Today, SunPower is trading down 0.76% to $90.45 on 682k shares traded thus far today.

SunPower Corporation is a vertically integrated solar products and services company that designs, manufactures and markets high-performance solar electric power technologies.
