Sterne Agee's John Nadel is offering up a pair trade Thursday morning, upgraded shares of Principal Financial (NYSE: PFG) while at the same time downgrading shares of Assurant (NYSE: AIZ).
The analyst now rates Principal Financial shares a Buy, up from Neutral previously, and shares of Assurant a Neutral. Nadel boosted his target on Principal from $31 to $35 and his target on Assurant from $50 to $52.
