Standpoint Research downgraded Oshkosh (NYSE: OSK) from Buy to Hold.

Analyst, Ronnie Moas, said, "Oshkosh shares are up 18.6% and + 1050 bps versus the S&P since our May 16 recommendation. The shares are up 40% in seven weeks, trading at a 14-month high, 18% above the 200-day moving average with relative strength > 90. This a name with beta > 2.00 now trading at 13X trailing twelve months earnings, and that multiple is significantly higher than where it has historically traded. Given the recent absolute and relative moves, we can no longer leave our highest recommendation attached to this name now trading less than 10% away from our 2013 price target set in Q2."
