Standpoint Research downgraded Guess (NYSE: GES) from Buy to Hold.

Analyst Ronnie Moas states, "Our May 11, 2012 recommendation GES is up 19% for us and +1500 bps versus the S&P-500. We can no longer leave our highest recommendation attached to this name as the short term risk/reward is no longer favorable. We recommend considering a swap into DECK / HGG / TRLG / GIII / CROX / TPX with the proceeds. Our price target for GES remains $35-$40 for 2013-2014. For whoever has an interest in GES, see below for notes on GES from May 11, 2012. Another concern here is that the market reverses off its high and we are forced to give back the recent absolute/relative gain in this name."
