Soleil Securities downgrades Lancaster Colony Corp (Nasdaq: LANC) from Hold to Sell. Price target $33.

Soleil analyst says, "Downgrade to Sell on a price basis as the shares are up 60% from the 11/08 low of $26 (vs. a 6% increase for the S&P 500) and sell for 18.9X our 12-month forward E$2.20. While earnings per share should grow by 10% per year over the next three-to-five years and the LANC should continue to benefit from input costs reverting to the mean and positive EPS comparisons, we are concerned about the relatively high valuation."

Lancaster Colony Corporation is a manufacturer and marketer of consumer goods with a focus on specialty food products for the retail and foodservice markets.
