In a Form 8-K filing, Schering-Plough (NYSE: SGP) reported prescription volumes for VYTORIN and ZETIA in the month of July were 1.339 million and 1.039 million, respectively. This level represents an increase of 0.6% for Vytorin volume and a 1.6% increase for Zetia volume compared to the month of June. On a year-to-date basis, Vytorin volume is down about 27% from 1.839 million and Zetia volume is down about 24% from 1.366 million.
