S&P Equity Research Downgrades Metro One Telecommunications (INFO) to Sell
S&P Equity Research downgrades Metro One Telecommunications (Nasdaq: INFO) from Hold to Sell.
S&P analyst, T. Rosenbluth, says, "With the filing of its 10-Q, INFO posts Q1 loss of $0.49 vs. $0.23, before restructuring charges, wider than our $0.37 loss estimate. Revenues were weaker than expected and gross margin was narrower. In addition to competitive pressure, we are concerned that INFO will continue to burn cash to support restructuring efforts and high fixed costs; cash declined 28% in the first 3 months of '07. We are lowering our 12-month target price by $1 to $1.50, matching our cash per share expectation for the end of '07. Despite its strategic review, we have a sell opinion on INFO shares."
