Ruddick Corporation (NYSE: RDK) reported that its Board of Directors, at a regularly scheduled meeting, declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.12 per share to be paid on July 1, 2009, to shareholders of record on June 12, 2009.
You must own the shares prior to June 10th to receive the dividend.
