Roth Capital's Jared Schramm downgraded shares of WebMD Health Corp. (NASDAQ: WBMD) from Buy to Neutral Wednesday morning following news Tuesday the company ended sale talks. The company's CEO also announced his resignation with the release. Shares of WebMD tumbled nearly 30 percent over Tuesday's session.
Schramm lowered his price target on WebMD shares from $40 to $28.
The stock is continuing lower Wednesday afternoon, currently down 0.9 percent to $26.02.
