Raymond James' Anthony Polini downgraded shares of Citi (NYSE: C) from Strong Buy to Outperform in a research note Tuesday morning.

Notably, Polini has had a Strong Buy rating on Citi shares since May of 2010. The stock was over $37 at the time.
