Oppenheimer downgraded AudioCodes (NASDAQ: AUDC) from Outperform to Perform citing "too much uncertainty."

"With the pre-announcement of lowering 2012 forecasts by 13%, we question the stability of the media gateway business to provide a base for continued investment in growth areas," the analyst said.
