UPGRADES:
Goldman Sachs upgraded Textron (NYSE: TXT) from Neutral to Buy and added the stock to their Conviction Buy List. The firm set a $23 price target, representing 48% upside.

Citi upgrades Cooper Industries (NYSE: CBE) from Hold to Buy. Price target increased from $37 to $40.

UBS upgrades Siemens AG (NYSE: SI) from Sell to Neutral.

RBC Capital upgrades VeriFone (NYSE: PAY) from Underperform to Sector Perform. The firm also raised its price target on the stock from $8 to $13.

JPMorgan upgrades Banco Bradesco ADS (NYSE: BBD) all the way from Underweight to Overweight, also raising its price target from $13 to $21.

DOWNGRADES:
Citi downgrades Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) from Hold to Sell, price target $32.

Canaccord Adams downgrades Hologic (Nasdaq: HOLX) from Buy to Hold.

An analyst at UBS has downgraded shares of two top homebuilders, D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) and Ryland (NYSE: RYL). The firm moved its investment rating on D.R. Horton from Neutral to Sell, maintaining a $10 price target, and its rating on Ryland from Buy to Neutral, maintaining a $24 target.

Oppenheimer downgrades Novavax (Nasdaq: NVAX) from Outperform to Perform. Price target lowered to $6.
