Morgan Stanley downgraded Citi (NYSE: C) from Overweight to Equalweight.

The downgrade was the part of a broader call on U.S. Large Cap banks, which were cut to In-Line at Morgan Stanley on Euro worries and slower 2013 U.S. growth.
