Keefe, Bruyette & Woods downgraded NYSE Euronext (NYSE: NYX) from Outperform to Market Perform, price target cut to $30.00.

KBW analyst says, "We now see a very low probability of the deal passing the European competition committee after press reports that the competition case team will recommend commissioners reject the deal when they vote. We also lower estimates for a weaker euro and lower rate capture. We still see upside from here but not enough to command an Outperform rating."
