Jefferies downgraded Harsco Corporation (NYSE: HSC) from Buy to Hold and lowers their price target from $38 to $33.
The firm states, "We are lowering our investment rating to HOLD from BUY. 2Q11 earnings reflected excessive margin weakness in the largest business which we now expect to continue. Cash flow was weak and is now a concern."
