Shares of Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) are getting hitting with another downgrade today, this time at Janney Montgomery Scott. The stock fell almost 2% yesterday after getting cut to Neutral at Goldman Sachs.

Janney lowers its investment rating on Microsoft shares from Buy to Neutral and its price target on the stock from $30 to $28. The firm argues that "Microsoft is missing the opportunity to leverage its desktop franchise into mobile..."

With Microsoft shares trading around $23.90 this morning, Janney's new price target implies potential upside of about 17%.
