Imperial Capital downgraded Schiff Nutrition (NYSE: SHF) from Outperform to In-Line with a price target of $34.00 (from $27.00) following takeover by Bayer HealthCare LLC.
"We do not believe Schiff will seek a competing offer; however, it does have the option to review unsolicited bids up until November 28th," the analyst said.

Shares of Schiff Nutrition closed at $33.84 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $15.48-$33.91.
