Goldman Sachs made a number of changes in the Utilities sector.

The firm downgraded Public Service Enterprise (NYSE: PEG) from Conviction Buy to Neutral, downgrades Exelon (NYSE: EXC) from Neutral to Sell.

Goldman also upgraded American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP) from Neutral to Buy and upgraded Wisconsin Energy (NYSE: WEC) to Conviction Buy List.
