Goldman Sachs downgraded Williams-Sonoma (NYSE: WSM) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $51.00.

The firm sees gross profit growth cresting in 2H2012 as the firm cycles depressed year-ago margins. They expect modest multiple contraction and see only 8% upside to their $51 price target.
