Goldman Sachs Downgrades Sprint (S) to Neutral, Sees Greater Risk

Goldman Sachs downgraded Sprint (NYSE: S) from Buy to Neutral and lowered their price target form $6 to $5.
The firm said while Q4 was an inflection point on postpaid, margins remained under pressure while capital spending plans are higher than expected. With key fundamental inflections realized in Q4, and more risk in 2011, they no longer find compelling risk/reward in Sprint.

Shares of Sprint closed at $4.60 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $3.10-$28.00.
