Goldman Sachs downgraded POSCO (NYSE: PKX) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $80.00 (from $100.00).

Analyst, Seung Shin, said, "Although we like its defensive balance sheet and relatively diversified revenue structure, its steel operation lacks catalysts in 2H."
