Goldman Sachs downgraded Och-Ziff Capital Management Group (NYSE: OZM) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $11.00 (from $11.50) saying they see better opportunity elsewhere in the space.

While OZM still offers compelling 11.3% 2012 full-year distribution yield, the firm notes flows have been disappointing despite secular tailwinds for allocations to alternatives, and they estimate negative net flows in 2012 excluding two large CLO raises.
