Goldman Sachs downgraded DreamWorks Animation (NASDAQ: DWA) from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $15, suggesting 14% downside.

The firm cited disappointing "Kung Fu Panda 2" home video sales and "Puss in Boots" US box office. Preliminary Kung Fu Panda 2 DVD sales suggest 4.5 million units globally in Q4, which was 30% below their estimate.
