Goldman Sachs downgraded Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $63, citing valuation and more challenging comps in 2012.
"Our favorable view on datacenter demand remains unchanged but we believe DLR's same-store and redevelopment growth may moderate on tougher comps," the firm said.
