Goldman Sachs downgraded Buckeye (NYSE: BPL) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $55.00.

The firm cited increased skepticism the company will achieve near-term project return targets associated with its BORCO acquisitions. They also see continuing slow trends in domestic refined product demand growth and balance sheet constraints limiting BPL's ability to meaningfully grow its distribution.
