Goldman Sachs downgrades Brinker International (NYSE: EAT) from Buy to Neutral, calling the stock a "value" trap. The firm commented, "...unwillingness to discuss recent trends and reaffirm FY10 EPS guidance leaves us more concerned on near-term business prospects and thus forces us to more heavily consider our long-held view of EAT's structural issues—inclusive of constant need for value."
The firm lowered their price target from $19 to $17.
