Goldman Sachs downgraded Aetna (NYSE: AET) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $54.

The firm said the downgrade reflects more limited growth prospects in the commercial health plan business. While Aetna is still a good growth story, the growth outlook is "limiting," the firm said.
