Getty Realty Corp. (NYSE: GTY) today declared a quarterly Common Stock dividend in the amount of $0.47 per share payable on July 9, 2009 to holders of record on June 25, 2009.
In order to receive the dividend, investors must own the stock at least one day prior to the ex-dividend date of June 23.
The dividend yields 10.99%.
