This morning, FBR downgraded finance companies F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), Fifth Street Finance (NYSE: FSC), MCG Capital (Nasdaq: MCGC) and PennantPark Investment Corp (Nasdaq: PNNT) from Outperform to Market Perform.
