El Paso Pipeline Partners, L.P. (NYSE: EPB) declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.3500 per unit for the third quarter of 2009, or $1.40 per unit on an annualized basis. This distribution represents a 16.7% increase from the third quarter 2008, and a 6.1% increase from the second quarter 2009.
The distribution will be paid November 13, 2009 on all outstanding common and subordinated units to holders of record as of the close of business on October 30, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is October 28.
The diviend yield, based on the new payout, is 6.4%.
