Duncan-Williams downgrades Healthcare Services Group (Nasdaq: HCSG) from Buy to Hold on Valuation

Duncan analyst says, "While we are downgrading HCSG to a HOLD rating, we believe that HCSG is a core holding for investors wanting to participate in the outsourcing trend among healthcare providers. We continue to believe that the company is a core holding due to its high customer retention, strong balance sheet, and history of raising dividends...We are raising our 2009 revenue estimate from 684 million to 690 million."
