Dougherty & Co. downgrades Spartan Motors (Nasdaq: SPAR) from Buy to Neutral.
The downgrade follows news last night that Oshkosh (NYSE: OSK) was awarded a $1.06 billion contract for the purchase of 2,244 MRAP ATV's from the Department of Defense. Shares of Spartan have fallen about 30% on the news.
