Deutsche Bank downgrades NASDAQ OMX (Nasdaq: NDAQ) from Buy to Hold. Price target $23.
Deutsche analyst says, "We are downgrading NDAQ to Hold, as the outlook for the sector remains challenging and the narrowing of the relative valuation gap versus NYX (NYSE: NYX) has mostly played out. While we don't see much downside to NDAQ given its low valuation, we also don't see a near term catalyst to drive meaningful upside, thus we are moving to Hold...With NDAQ outperforming NYX by ~1000 bps during this time & the valuation gap narrowing, we no longer see a significant trading opportunity."
(NOTE - DBank rates NYX at 'Hold' with a $27 price target)
The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. provides trading, exchange technology, securities listing, and public company services worldwide.
