Davenport Downgrades Comfort Systems USA (FIX) to Neutral

September 3, 2008 12:03 PM EDT

Davenport downgrades Comfort Systems USA Inc. (NYSE: FIX) from Buy to Neutral.

Davenport analyst says, "We are downgrading shares of FIX to a Neutral rating as the stock begins to approach the low-end of our $16-18 price target. While the company will likely continue to report strong earning numbers throughout the remainder of 2008, we believe that slowing non-residential construction will provide a headwind for the company over the next twelve months. As such, we would suggest that
investors wait for a more appropriate time to invest in shares of FIX, and we would expect a negative bias in the medium-term."

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (Comfort Systems) provides heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installation, maintenance, repair and replacement services within the mechanical services industry.
