Columbia Banking System (NASDAQ: COLB) reports Q3 loss of $0.11, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter was $36.30 million, which compares to the estimate of $36.32 million.
Additionally, the Board of Directors has announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per common share, or $0.04 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on November 25, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 12, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 10, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 0.2%.
