Cognex Corporation (NASDAQ: CGNX) announced today that the company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.20 annualized.
This dividend is payable on December 18, 2009, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on December 4, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 2, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 1.2%.
Cognex Corporation provides machine vision products primarily in the United States, Japan, and Europe.
