Citi Upgrades Toll Brothers (TOL) to Buy

Shares of Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) are indicated higher this morning following an upgrade from Citi's Josh Levin. While the last trade was at $17.22, the bid/ask is currently at $17.61 and $17.98, respectively.

The Citi analyst moved his investment rating on the homebuilder from Hold to Buy, also maintaining a $23 price target. From yesterday's close, the firm's target represents potential upside of more than 33%.
