Brean Murray Carret & Co. downgraded Scientific Games (NASDAQ: SGMS) to Hold.

Brean analyst says, "Although SGMS has improved its operations and has solid growth potential, the recent increase in the shares (+46%) since the DOJ opinion regarding intrastate internet wagering (released 12/26/11) has driven the stock to our price target and, in our view, limited the upside in the shares over the next 12 months."
